Improved Liveability (SDA design category)
Definition
Improved Liveability is one of the four SDA design categories: housing with a reasonable level of physical access and features that improve liveability, such as better lines of sight and easier movement.
It is designed for people who need a home with improved physical access and support for sensory, intellectual or cognitive impairment.
It is the least specialised of the four SDA design categories.
