Find My SDA - Specialist Disability Accommodation

360° virtual tours of our SDA homes

Walk through our Specialist Disability Accommodation homes from your phone or computer, room by room, before you book a viewing. 20 homes in Adelaide and South Australia have a 360° tour right now. Each new tour shows up here as soon as it goes live.

How a 360° tour works

  1. Press Open 360° tour here, or the 360° tour button on a listing. The tour opens full screen.
  2. Drag the picture to look around, and press the arrows to move from room to room.
  3. Where the home has a floor plan, a small plan in the corner shows which room you are in.
  4. It runs in your web browser on a phone, tablet or computer. There is nothing to download and no sign-in.

Why we film our homes in 360°

Getting to a viewing can take planning, support and time. A 360° tour lets you see how a home is laid out first, so the viewings you book are for homes that could suit you.

Everyone can look at the same home, too. A participant, their family, their support coordinator and their occupational therapist can each open the same link, wherever they are, and talk it through together.

It is also what participants have asked for. In an NDIA consultation on SDA, participants said providers should share information about their homes in a way that is easy to use, such as virtual walk-throughs and accurate photos.

A growing SDA provider in South Australia

Find My SDA is a registered NDIS SDA provider and a licensed South Australian real estate agent. In November 2026 we have more than 100 SDA homes on our books across 50 suburbs, up from 52 homes in February 2026. That is more than double in nine months.

For a sense of scale, the NDIA counted 1,873 enrolled SDA dwellings in South Australia at 30 June 2026, with 90 SDA providers paid that quarter. Enrolled dwellings across the state grew by about 20% over the year.

Today 72 of our homes are listed with a vacancy, and 20 of them have a 360° tour. We keep filming more homes, and each new tour joins this page by itself.

What a tour can and can't tell you

A tour shows the rooms, the layout and how one space leads to the next. It doesn't replace a viewing, and it can't tell you whether a home suits your NDIS plan. Each listing shows the home's SDA design category, so check that against your plan and ask us anything before you visit.

Questions people ask

Do I need an app to open a 360° tour?

No. Tours open in your web browser on a phone, tablet or computer, with nothing to download and no sign-in.

Can I send a tour to my family or support coordinator?

Yes. On the listing, press Share and choose Copy 360° tour link. Whoever opens the link goes straight into the tour.

Does a tour show the street address?

No. We never put a street address in a tour. The listing shows the suburb, and you can contact us about the home from there.

Why doesn't every home have a tour yet?

We film homes one at a time, and each new tour appears on this page once it goes live. A home without a tour still has its photos on the listing, and you can ask us about it.
