    Sign the agency agreement

    We send the sales agency agreement for you to sign. Nothing is advertised before it is signed.

    Residents are told

    Each resident gets written notice of the sale. Advertising starts no sooner than 14 days later.

    We market it

    Your home goes on findmysda.com and to the buyers on our register, with documents sent to each buyer who asks.

  5. 5

    Offers and contract

    Every offer made on a signed notice of offer reaches you in writing within 48 hours. Your conveyancer handles the contract and settlement.

What you will need

  • The certificate of title, or its reference
  • The certificate of occupancy
  • SDA enrolment details, if the home is enrolled
  • Any lease or management agreement in place today
  • Photos, or permission for us to arrange them with the residents' consent
