Is there a mortgage on the property?

Is there anything a buyer should know?

For example a caveat, an easement, a dispute, a building defect, an insurance claim or a council notice. These go into the Form 1 vendor's statement, and a buyer who finds out later can walk away from the contract.

Do you have a conveyancer?

A conveyancer prepares the Form 1 vendor's statement the buyer must be given before they sign. If you don't have one, we can suggest a few for you to choose from.

Fees and marketing

Your home is listed on findmysda.com at no charge, and on realestate.com.au as a sales listing. We pass the realestate.com.au fee on at cost.

Admin and marketing fee: Our own fee, quoted for your property, plus GST. realestate.com.au covers the listing itself.
Payment: Pay up front, one invoice for both

We confirm both amounts in writing before you sign the agreement.

Commission

2% of the sale price plus GST, with a minimum of $10,000 plus GST.

It is only paid if the property sells.
