Definition
Appendix H is the part of the NDIS SDA pricing rules that sets how the SDA payment is adjusted when a participant shares their enrolled home with other people, including people who do not have SDA funding.
Appendix H is what allows arrangements like a partner, family member or friend living in the home, by setting out how the SDA price is worked out when a dwelling is shared.
The exact effect on the payment depends on the home and is set by the NDIS, so it is best confirmed with your provider for a specific property.
